President of Northern Cyprus Tatar evaluated President Erdogan's visit to the TRNC

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Ersin Tatar stated that it is of great importance that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will make his first foreign visit to the TRNC and that this will send a message to the world that "TRNC is a state".
Tatar, in his assessment to AA correspondent at the Presidential office in the capital Nicosia, expressed his satisfaction that President Erdoğan, who emerged victorious from the elections, planned his first foreign visit to the TRNC's capital Nicosia in the new term.
Emphasising that Erdoğan's national politics once again received the approval of the Turkish nation in the elections, Tatar stated that the relations between Turkey and the TRNC have always been very different and drew attention to the fact that the Turkish Cypriot people define themselves as an integral part of the great Turkish nation.
