Alex Grey's "Net of Being" on wood

This ones for me...a quick labor of love. I've been an admirer of Alex Grey's artwork since I was introduced to his work through Tool's "Lateralus" album. I decided to make something out of one of his pieces. I processed one of his most famous pieces titled "Net of Being" and used my CNC to create a custom one-of-a-kind piece for my office that we are remodeling soon.
I used a piece of Curly Maple for this project. It took over 3 hours of running machine time to cut this piece!
