Waking Up Feeling Overwhelmed About Your Day Before It Even Starts

Do you ever wake up like really overwhelmed, anticipating the day and all the things you got to do and then you get in your head and it just feels like you're, you're about to face a mountain and you just kinda get paralyzed? That happens to me quite a lot and uh, this morning actually it did. I didn't sleep much.

I ended up staying up too late. So I got a new, new book. I went to bed way later than I normally do, I woke up cause my mind was racing cause I was reading this book. Don't read business books before bed and there's a spot in my run where it's super steep. Your heart rate's pegged, you can't breathe and I was anticipating it and I just kept resisting getting out there.

Like I was anxious and nervous and like, I just didn't wanna put up with it. Cause I was tired. Uh, I, I didn't feel like I had energy and I, I snapped out of it. I was like, man, what the hell are you thinking? Like, You, you get up at every single time. You always make it through. Yeah. It's a little hard spot.

By the time you get to that point, you're warmed up and you're in the zone. All you gotta do is put your dang shoes on and start to run and ease into it, and the rest will come in time and it, it's been a really good lesson running every day for life to just like take it one step at a time and you're always gonna make it through.
