Thank Me Later Cover Art Effect - Photoshop CC Tutorial (2019)

Learn how to re-create the album cover artwork for "Thank Me Later" by Drake. There is one effect that is used that can be compared to the RGB split effect. I decided to make this graphic design tutorial because of the lack of tutorials on this subject. Most of the tutorials were for GIMP and not Photoshop CC 2019, although they're very similar.
