SCS N.Africa - Op Crusader - CW Tobruk forces sortie

With the siege of Tobruk broken by the Axis unit surrenders, the CW strips the garrison to send out a relief force to attempt to take Bardia. Meanwhile remaining CW Crusader forces trap Rommel and units of the 15th Pz in Bardia.
