Downsize your hooks to get more bites.

When the bite gets tough and yet you know the fish are sitting under your boat, simply down size your hooks to get more bites. Experiment until you find the right size to match the bait you are using. Be careful when you go really small as they tend to bend if your hook set is too hard.
