A music festival I go to banned backpacks this year, but Camelbacks were allowed.
I was able to get my medicine bottles, sunglasses, power bank and phone charging cable, and severa other things in the small zipper compartment and there was still a bit of room in the compartment the water bladder goes into.
My only complaint was that the 50 ounce bladder had to be refilled several times over a 12 hour day, but I drink a lot of water. No issues with leaks unless I didn’t get the lid on right, and the drinking system works really well.
If I could do it over again I’d have probably bought the 70 ounce version but this one worked well and was comfortable for all day wear. It would be perfect for half marathons or shorter bike rides.
I like this smaller CamelBak for horse riding in the summer in AZ. It really suits my purpose especially being light weight. I fill the bladder with ice then water and it keeps my back cool and therefore I am cool.
Its extremely convenient not to have to take my hands off the reins to grab a drink of water. Perfect for my use.
The chest strap is definitely in a awkward spot mine is so high up it was almost choking me and if I lowered the pack all together it would end up sitting low on my back.
I used this for a Spartan trail race and it gets the job done with having water. The other thing I noticed was the water hose part was obnoxiously flopping past the clip the fastens it down.
When running it did also flop around my back when it was full. I’d keep using it until I find a better one though! The pocket space in the front was way bigger than I expected
This Backpack is a great option for cyclists who are looking for a lightweight and comfortable way to stay hydrated on the go. The pack is made with durable materials and features a ventilated back panel and harness for cooling and breathability.
It also has a secure zippered pocket for storing keys, phone, or other essentials. Ive been using it for a few months now and Ive been really impressed with it.
Its lightweight and comfortable to wear, even when Im riding for long periods of time. The reservoir is easy to fill and the bite valve is easy to use.
I also like that the pack has a secure zippered pocket for storing my keys and phone. Overall, Im really happy with it. Its a great option for cyclists who are looking for a lightweight and comfortable way to stay hydrated on the go.
Love it!
Love the color and size.
I’m small (4’11” 118lbs) and it’s the perfect size! This is the 0.5 liter version so it’s smaller than the normal/average sized camelbak. There’s a separate pocket for things like granola bars, phone, wallet, keys, etc.
I absolutely love it! **I know at the end of the video the water mouth piece drips but that’s because it’s not in the locked position. I haven’t had any leakage with this backpack/bladder**
I wish I had gotten a Camelbak sooner. I have to drink a lot of water or else I get headaches; this makes it so much easier.
As well as when biking or hiking, I sometimes wear it when doing random chores so I dont have to stop frequently and find a glass of water.
If I leave it sitting for a while, I spit out the first hose-full cause the water there will taste funny, but the rest is fine.
