About Us
Loomstein Consulting is a company that has been in business, in one form or another, for 40 years, and is involved in medical/legal, treatment/advocacy directed toward individuals. families and small businesses. In 1985 BioTech Institute was incorporated to offer treatment for Chronic Pain, and Mild Head Injured patients. Additionally. In 1988 BioTech Insitute (aka Forensic Sciences Insitute) began offering medical/legal consulting services to help lawsuit parties either limit their liability or maximize the value of their cases. We provided expert testimony in head trauma, MVA, Work-related toxic torts, and similar personal injury or civil litigation cases. We used the latest scientifically accepted medical and neuropsychological testing and testimony from recognized experts in their field. We were the lead scientific/medical team for several large-scale toxic torts that included uranium mining, massive oil pipeline breaks, and sick building syndrome cases.

How We Got Started
Dr. Loomstein had been in practice in Dallas, Texas since 1975. He retired from active practice in 2008. BioTech Institute was established in 1985, to specialize in behavioral medicine solutions to mild head injury and chronic pain of the musculoskeletal system; i.e., head, neck, and back pain. Since 1985 the chronic pain treatment and rehabilita¬tion program had been refined and perfected and included the use of electricity and magnetic therapies, Naturopathic, Homeopathic, Chiropractic, and Allopathic remedies.
Electromedicine therapy conducted by BioTech Institute was a multifaceted approach to the rehabilitation of chronic, benign pain and head injury. Typically, a patient had sought care over several months or years for persistent problems arising from an accident or injury. The patient had had some kind of radiographic examination which was negative before presenting at the Institute. The Institute applied the same principle to injuries and neurotoxic injuries.
