Lauren speaks at the Tucson CC Meeting on June 6, 2023

At Tuesday's CC Meeting, Lauren refers to the unlawful deployment of 5G cell towers in Tucson and recommends ways the city can immediately make their wireless ordinance protective and finally comply with applicable state and federal telecom laws.

A.R.S. § 38-443 Nonfeasance in public office; classification
A public officer or person holding a position of public trust or employment who knowingly omits to perform any duty the performance of which is required of him by law is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor unless special provision has been made for punishment of such omission.

Despite 1500+ Notices and 520 Affidavits identifying maladministration, the city council and mayor have failed to include the people in deliberations and institute a moratorium until a new wireless ordinance is approved that protects our rights to safety, privacy, and property.
