Sue Ann kicks off public comment at the Tucson CC Meeting on June 6, 2023
Sue Ann kicked off public comments at this week's Tucson CC meeting in front of a packed audience of 150+ that extended into an overflow room.
She joined 7 other bold speakers at the last two CC meetings who referred to legal Notices and Affidavits (unrebutted) explaining how the City Council and Mayor have not followed their constitutional requirements nor complied with laws requiring them to protect the people from the 5G cell tower deployment.
Most importantly, they have repeatedly ignored, deprecated, and/or rebuffed demands of Tucson residents to "pause deployment" until a protective wireless ordinance is in place and instead allowed for over 500 5G cell towers to operate in close proximity to homes, schools, and businesses across the valley.
