NewsGPT and the Limitations of AI

NewsGPT, a newsletter that uses AI to aggregate multiple news sources, is both a good indicator of potential practical uses of AI but also a good example for studying and realizing some key limitations of artificial general intelligence (AGI) efforts. Careful study of NewsGPT can be very helpful in obtaining a realistic perspective on AI – what it is good for and capable of - and what it is not.
