A 225lbs bench press is a great indicator of a mans hard work and dedication to the gym.

Any man who can achieve this should be awarded gym bro status.

I know this isn’t an official group but this barrier to entry is important.

It illustrates that you can’t just simply become something without putting in the work.

You can’t just sign up and become a Navy SEAL you must earn it.

The same is true to become a gym bro.
