David McGrogan is an Associate Professor of Law at Northumbria Law School. David is primarily interested in the role that law plays in shaping the relationship between the individual and the State, and in particular how it creates or undermines the conditions of freedom within that context. David has written various articles for Brownstone Institute and has a substack that dives into subjects of concern the past few years during the pandemic crisis.
