Ingredients:

• 500g shredded chicken breast
• 1 onion
• 2 small garlic cloves
• 1 can (280g) canned corn
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon wheat flour or cornstarch (flat spoon)
• 100 g of table cream
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 150g of straw potato
• Black pepper
• Salt

Method:

Cook the chicken with the salt. Drain the water and shred the chicken. Reserve.

For the cream, beat the corn (reserve a little to decorate), the milk, the cream and the flour in a blender. Reserve.

Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in a pan with the butter. Add the chicken, the cream of corn from the blender and the reserved corn, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir until thickened.

Place in a baking dish and cover with straw potatoes.
