Hidden Empire - Dr. Richard Sauder

Dr. Richard Sauder is a writer and researcher. He has a B.A. in sociology, M.A. in Latin American studies, M.S. in forestry and Ph.D. in political science. He is a native Virginian who lives In Ecuador and is a former anti-nuclear activist.

“One of the global Shadow Government’s biggest projects over the last several decades has been the construction of numerous Top Secret underground and undersea bases, as well as secret tunnels, all over the world. The majority of the world’s population knows very little about this program, and remains ignorant of what is happening undersea and underground. This has been going on at least since the end of World War II. A lot of it may have started with the Nazi engineers in the Third Reich, but it absolutely did not end with them.”

His research has lead him to believe that there is enough infrastructure underground, that civilization could be restarted after all out nuclear war. His argument builds mainly on primary source documentation, which includes specialized engineering, and information that has been passed on to him anonymously.
