When You Want to Scream and Punch Something
Here are 3 tips to go from wanting to have a temper tantrum, scream and punch something into being wildly productive and doing it better. Believe it or not, I used to be a really temperamental person. I'd have temper tantrums in my truck. I even whipped my favorite sunglasses out the window one day.
I made my voice go horse screaming in my truck, and I realized that I was expelling all of this energy in the wrong places that distracted me, and it was really doing myself a disservice, like a child having a tantrum. So instead, my mantra has been and still is, these 3 things. 1 is I say thank you world.
Thank you universe for the opportunity. 2, everything happens for a reason. And 3, this is my chance to do it better next time. And those 3 things, thank you, everything happens for a reason and I'm gonna do it better next time. Has allowed me to look at, uh, setbacks that I absolutely have zero control over, changing.
