Judge Aileen Cannon to Preside over Trump’s ‘Boxes Hoax’ Case

According to sources familiar with the matter, U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, is expected to preside over his second indictment, known as the “Boxes Hoax” case.

The Guardian initially reported that Judge Cannon’s name appeared on the summons sent to Trump on Thursday, and this information was subsequently confirmed by ABC News and CNN.

It is worth noting that during the previous investigation, Judge Cannon had granted Trump a special master, Breitbart News has reported.
