Welcome to Video 18 of a 31 part Pistol Skills Video Series with Ernest Langdon!

In the video, you get a glimpse of one of the most eye-opening sections of Ernest's night shoot. Ernest takes students through different lighting conditions to help them understand how to read the light for themselves and think through how the light affects their position from the opposite point of view.

This series will include several sections of the topics Ernest covers in his pistol skills classes including:
• Fundamentals
• Drills
• Techniques
• The Why’s Behind the Techniques Ernest teaches
• Ernest’s Methodology
...plus a Low Light Series

We are excited to bring you his teachings in small nuggets of information to share his knowledge, why and demonstrate with students on the how.

“Listening to someone tell you what to do is easy in the moment – “Just do it this way.” If you don’t understand the why, it’s easy to be convinced to do it differently. Understanding the why behind the techniques will help a person learn to do and execute precisely and consistently. Firearms and shooting have always been a passion for me – from competitive or practical to hobby and everyday carry purposes – being able to share this information in a clear and concise way is important to me. There are millions on new gun owners who need the fundamental skills to learn the gun, how to safely use their firearm if they choose to have one for personal every day carry or home defense.” – Ernest Langdon, President of Langdon Tactical Technology, Inc.
