Batman wins EU trademark fight with Italian foe

Caped crusader Batman has won a trademark fight with an Italian clothing retailer on Wednesday (June 7) after Europe's second-top court in Luxembourg sided with an EU patent office and ruled that the Batman logo is distinctive enough to warrant its EU trademark. Julian Satterthwaite reports.
