Building a paver patio time lapse 🧱#shorts

Building a paver patio, we follow the necessary steps to ensure it lasts for a lifetime. Always call 811 before you dig to mark utilities. For patios using a normal size 2 3/8" paver we excavate down 7". We then tamp the soil layer and start adding 1-2" lifts of ABC crush n run base material to total 4" compacted depth. We then install an ICPI approved bedding sand fluffed at 1", then start laying your pavers from one corner to the next. Finally we sweep a polymeric sand across, tamping as we go to settle the dry sand down between cracks. Once patio is settled lightly blow off remaining poly sand and then wet sand in to lock.
