Trump indictment and Newsom’s bogus 28th amendment 2A violation idea if he’s president

So Gavin Newsome thinks that adding a 28th amendment will constitutionally restrict the second amendment, I guess he should look at current Supreme Court rulings on some of the proposals for this new violation of the Bill of Rights.
