UN to withdraw from DRC only when the country is more powerful – official

The UN has said it will withdraw its mission from the Democratic Republic of the Congo only when the country is stronger and more stable. The global body also mentioned the frustration of the peacekeepers as they attempt to halt the violence between armed groups, particularly in the east of the country.
