In order to harness it you must truly believe that you can out lift anybody in your gym.
If your friend lifts heavier than you, even by 100lbs, you have to try to beat them.
Your ego must simply not allow you to see someone out lift you.
The moment someone challenges you to lift more than them, you have to use your ego as fuel to beat them.
Even if you don’t, I can guarantee that you lifted more weight than you would have normally.
