Russia Shells Flood-hit Kherson Hours After Zelensky Visit

Russian forces on Thursday shelled a southern Ukrainian city that was inundated in a catastrophic dam collapse according to Ukrainian officials.

It forced the suspension of some rescue work hours after President Volodymyr Zelensky travelled to the area to assess the damage.
