What is going on in Wales? Brecon Beacons Name Change Nonesense

It appears the Brecon Beacons is going through a bit of an identity crisis and now wants to be called Bannau Brycheiniog.

What on earth is going on?! Geoff takes a look at articles from Sky News and the BBC to try and work it all out, before looking at how the National Park System works and how the Brecon Beacons… sorry, the Bannau Brycheiniog's will become Carbon Neutral.

But with 519 square miles of basically grass, aren't they already carbon neutral?! (Apart from what whopping great gas pipeline that they built through it in the early 2000s)
