5 Minute Full Body Foam Rolling Routine | Follow Along
Foam rolling has been a part of my muscle recovery routine since I first started working out. It is a simple way to relieve muscle soreness and prepare for the next workout. Personally, I use a foam roller prior to the workout to activate my muscles that I am training that day. I included foam rolling alternatives so you could still participate in this routine if you don't have one.
