And so If we feel good about one thing chances are we will have second good feeling thought and perhaps a 3rd good feeling thought if we can sustain the momentum. Sustaining these kinds of emotions happen to us when we experience something like for example a vacation, or family visiting us from out of town or your traveling out of town to new city or a new country. We experience longer than usual good feeling emotions because of the circumstances. But we also can fall into the trap of not feeling good because of our circumstances, and we know all to well, that is not freedom. True freedom, comes from the knowledge that you can feel better right now if you choose to do so. And you can do it! Don't give your precious power away because you don't feel good, distract yourself, mediate and if that doesn't work take a nap.
