Can decluttering have a positive impact on our mental and physical well-being?
It's time to take a closer look at what's cluttering our personal space. Let's start by emptying out just one drawer. Even if we try to stay organized, there are often items we don't use that end up taking up valuable space. It's helpful to remember that if we haven't used something in six months, it's time to let it go. Consider donating items that are still in good condition. For example, I recently found a pair of reading glasses I haven't used since 2015, and decided to donate them. Starting with small steps can make a big difference in clearing both our physical and mental clutter. Stay tuned for more tips on decluttering your life.
