" Abraham explains that raising vibration is always something that is happening on a gradual basis, and with a little focus you can fine tune it. Abraham explains that you can also raise your vibration by not doing that "that thing you do " that doesn't let you feel good. For example you know you want to feel good, but there is a show on tv, and it is fairly negative to watch, but there a-lot of drama that you enjoy to watch. But now you have made new resolution with yourself, you want to feel better, and watching that doesn't make you feel better. So what do you do? Well the answer is you won't want to continue to watch those types of shows, because as you continue on your journey of alignment you will become more sensitive as time goes on. If your mediating everyday for 15 minutes, and journaling and listening to uplifting content, you will notice a gradual fulcrum tip over to the positive airtime taking more of your airtime, and you will simply not engage in negative content as much or you may leave it all together. So it's a natural thing that will happen, and so you should trust your inner being and trust your journey because your vibration is raising!
