How water can improve our mind and physical state
Did you know that water is important for our health, it’s important that we keep hydrated (of course I wouldn’t be without my Kangen water)
Did you also know that whenever you see water, even virtually, it immediately generates a chain of neurological and biological reactions like lowering your heart rate and blood pressure?
Looking at beautiful bodies of water is good not only for our physical health but for our mental health too.
Just the view, smell, and sound of water provide a sense of deep relaxation. The increase of blood flow to your brain promotes a great feeling of mind-body soundness.
Whenever you feel anxious and stressed out, try looking at images of the sea or step outside, and find somewhere local like a river, stream or fountain to stare at.
