Cooking Spaghetti Squash

It was with your help that we found out that our mystery squash was actually in fact spaghetti squash, we just originally picked it way to early. Now that we have let it ripen OFF the vine, it turned that gorgeous yellow with the hard rind that spaghetti squash get when they are ripe and ready to eat.
