Fair & Equitable - They Are Mutually Exclusive

The video is one I recently prepared for a class I instruct at the collegiate level. In every situation where I've heard Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) infused, defended, and illustrated - someone is disadvantaged every time. Which is why I assert the terms Fair and Equitable are not mutually inclusive rather they are exclusive. See if you agree or disagree. And while I'm on this vein of thinking, Equal as exemplified in the Constitution doesn't equate to Equity (pun intended) as more liberal interpretations suggest.
