In this episode of the Patrick Henningsen Show on TNT Radio which aired on June 7, 2023, Patrick talks with independent French researcher and journalist Freddie Ponton, about a new report recently published by France’s Court des Comptes (Court of Auditors)  indicating that France must reduce its number of cows to meet its climate change commitments and EU 2030 Climate Target Plan. Freddie exposes the strange timing pertaining to the release of this report which coincides with French Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne release of the new government plan of action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in France’s farming industry. Freddie goes on to talk about French company “InnovaFeed” and its largest active insect production site in the world whose aim is to provide the market with huge demand for alternative protein-based ingredients.
