How To Heal from Negative Self-Talk & Negative Memories

Today, I'm Going to Take You on A Journey to Explore How You Can Heal from Negative Self-Talk and Memories. Back In 1968, I Was Pronounced Dead After Undergoing Over Four Hours of Surgery.

When I Came Back, I Didn't Realize That the Man I Had Encountered Spiritually That Day Was to Become Someone I Trained with for 3-4 Years. Then He Asked Me and Other Americans to Go All the Way to Darchen Tibet, Something That Is 50-60 Miles North of The Nepal-Tibet Border. Sitting On Top of This Mountain, I Undertook My Very First 45 Day Challenge.

By The End Of the Challenge, I Had Five Years of Training Already Under My Belt- 4 In America and 1 In Tibet. I Was Transitioning from Being a teacher to Attaining Adept Status. I Was to Become the Youngest Adept in The Lama Seri of Our Order, Which Had A 3000-Year-Old History. During My Time There, I Acknowledged All the Negativity in My Life and Discovered How I Had Contributed to My Own State of Ill-Health.

I Recognized the Impact of The Negative Input I Had Been Exposed to As a Child. Ex: The Tv Soap-Operas My Mom Forced Me to Watch, My Diet Etc. Now, I Was Determined to Make a Change and As I Made That Conscious Decision, I Became More Proficient at Not Only Replacing Negativity with Positivity, But I Began to Let Go of All Negative Feelings I'd Been Carrying. I Noticed That After a Decade of This Practice, I Found It Increasingly Hard to Think, Speak or Act Negatively.

In Fact, The More Conscious I Became, The Faster I Released Negative Energy. It Is Only by Witnessing Our Own Experiences and Detaching Ourselves Emotionally from Negative Thoughts That We Can Truly Heal and Be Reborn with A Renewed Sense of Joy, Love and Compassion.
