Plants vs Zombies 2 - Penny's Pursuit - Zomboss - Seedium Plant Showcase - Pokra - June 2023

This Penny's quest focuses on the Seedium plant Pokra and was offered between between June 7, 2023 and June 14, 2023.

Pokra is a member of the Spear-Mint family.
Pokra costs 175 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 4, 7 and 10.)
Pokra's melee attack will stab and slow all zombies two (2) tiles in front of it.
Each stab does 60 damage. (+20 per level)
Every 4th attack, Pokra will launch a spear, which will stab and pierce all zombies in front of it.
This projectile does 150 damage. (+50 damage per level.)
When given plant food, will launch 3 spears and each will do 500 damage. (+100 per level. +1 spear at levels 4, 7 and 10.)

The Good:
Attacks will hit all zombies in front of it.
Better range than Bonk Choy.
Innate ability to slow zombies.
Has lots of synergy with vines, fire and cold strategies.

The Bad:
Is a bit pricey.
Jester zombies can reflect spear attacks.

Commentary:
This is one of the best melee/short range plants in the game. Yes, it is a little pricey but for what you get for the price, Pokra is definitely worth it. Just make sure to produce enough Sun when you select this plant.

Bottom Line:
Get this plant if you have not already unlocked it. Even if you have, upgrading this plant is definitely worth it.
