South Africa - Johannesburg- Power outage - 09 June 2023. Large parts of Jobhannesburg South have been left without power when a switch caught fire during the early hours of Thursday morning. The switching station was extensively damaged and this had an impact on the stations on the grid. The work on the feeder board is estimated to take about a week.
