The Federal Aviation Administration is delaying flights to New York's La Guardia airport due to smoke from Canadian wildfires. The FAA said Thursday that flights will be delayed an average of 54 minutes, with a maximum delay of 94 minutes. This comes after the agency canceled a ground stop issued Wednesday.
