I was thrilled to be invited onto TalkTV to chat with Ian Collins about The Death of The Electric Dream and Road User Charging.

Minsters are now discussing the introduction of Pay Per Mile type schemes due to the deficit left behind with £0 rate electric car tax duty... Is this a good thing, or is this some sort of camera based dystopian nightmare? And is the Electric Dream still dreamy, or has this one soured?
