WHO - is now in FULL DICTATOR - TAKEOVER MODE

The WHO is seeking to amend the treaty that was used during Covid. Then it was "non-binding". They are now seeking to make "binding", giving dictatorial powers to the director of the WHO. It's not about health at all. It's all about control!
