Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a warning after the "barbaric" destruction of Kakhovka Dam. Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine and its backers of banking on a dangerous escalation. The warning came at a time when Russia has launched "revenge strikes" in Ukraine. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, 93 Ukrainian units have been blown up. The massive destruction was the result of a ferocious fusillade by Russian troops.
