Another gorgeous day here in the West Kootenays of British Columbia. Started off the day taking my dog BylaTheBerzerker for a ride on the motorcycle. She absolutely loves ripping around on the motorbike.

Our generous neighbour gifted us with some Dolly Varden Trout that he caught here in Kootenay Lake so I made up a quick hollandaise sauce, tossed the fish in a little seasoned flour and fried them in butter in my cast iron frying pans. Absolutely delicious!
