O ator Chris Hemsworth está cada vez mais se soltando em entrevistas e fazendo críticas públicas a Marvel, principalmente tratando-se de seu trabalho mais recente 'Thor: Amor e Trovão'.

Em uma entrevista recente a GQ, Hemsworth reconhece que seu último filme como Deus do Trovão da Marvel ficou "bobo demais" e que nem mesmo amigos de seu filho de 8 anos gostaram do longa.

Chris Hemsworth também afirma que só retornaria ao personagem caso a Marvel apresentasse uma abordagem diferente.
