Hippie was out on an Audit I saw this I had to umm Speak my mind .
It makes no sense he's blocking the Road and a business entrance He Has No emergency lights on like Wtf Higher Standard
after I tell him off he backs in the business what he should have done in the beginning
there was no Emergency other then to gather the Money for the man like it's all a plan sweep during the day when everyone is parked illegally so we can ticket them he gave a hand full of tickets out like life isn't hard enough drag some more out of the People's Wallet
