Suspended Dr. William Bay's Case Has Been Dismissed by the High Court

I caught up with the suspended (and at large) Dr. William Bay just before the Dr. Malhotra 2023 National Tour event in Brisbane last night.

Earlier that day William had received notice from the High Court of Australia that his case vs. AHPRA, the State of Queensland & the Medical Board of Australia had been dismissed and costs awarded against him.

In this short interview, William provides a response to this unwelcome news and why he intends to appeal the decision. While this is unwelcome news, William explains why he is determined to keep fighting and why he believes he will win.

We discuss how the good fight of faith includes overcoming discouragements and disappointments believing the truth always wins.
