In this episode we go through how to make Salsa Fresca as well as discuss the plethora of uses for this: salads, omelets, burgers/wraps and even in ramen. It is a great way to get washboard abs for the summer as you diet for 3 weeks straight should be a pepperoni or salami and cheese omelet for breakfast made of 3 eggs, with 4 table spoons of Salsa Fresca. Lunch and Supper should be salad with 4 table spoons of Salsa Fresca and 6 Oz of meat protein.
