Looking for a quick and easy recipe that tastes amazing? Look no further than these Cajun chicken thighs! They're fast, easy, and perfect for a quick and easy meal any time of day.

In just 60 minutes, you'll have chicken thighs cooked to perfection, with a spicy Cajun kick that will leave your taste buds begging for more. Enjoy as a main dish or as a side dish - these thighs are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
2 Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2-4 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (To Taste)
(Salt to taste)

Directions
Place your chicken thighs in mixing bowl and coat them with the olive oil and minced garlic. Next add your onion powder and salt (I didn't use any) and finally the Cajun seasoning, add as much or as little as you choose, I personally did 4 Tbsp, or until it made a paste like consistency. Place them in the fridge to marinate for 30 minuets. Next place the thighs on a pan lightly coated with olive oil and Bake at 375 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 Minuets or Until Internal Temp Hits 165 Degrees.

This can be served over rice, grilled asparagus, zucchini etc!, We chose Mac n' cheese for this evening! Super Easy and fast family dinner!
