Davinci Resolve Subtitles With Wrong Timestamps - How To Fix

Davinci Resolve has had a long standing bug that causes subtitles to export with the wrong timestamps relative to the audio. The fix is super easy like I show in the video and doesn't require anything ridiculous like making the subs in a different program.
