Let the narcissist speak unkindly to you. Just because they say something doesn't mean that you have to absorb it. Their opinion of you doesn't matter because their reality is not your reality.

Let the narcissist devalue you. Let them shame you. This is what it means to turn the other cheek as you know you cannot argue with a fool. Be that wise soul sister or soul brother and stand in your integrity and truth. Be like Jesus because when you let the narcissist speak, they reveal to you in the spirit in which they come.

They reveal to you who they are as they are of the spirits of the past, coming back to haunt you to cause you to fear yourself through their hate.
