Pritzker signs legal challenge jurisdiction limits opponents called 'tyrannical'

Bishop reviews the debate over a bill Gov. J.B. Pritzker signed Tuesday to limit where Illinoisans can file constitutional challenges to state laws and executive orders. Of 102 counties, the law effective immediately limits cases to only Sangamon and Cook counites. Opponents say the measure is tyrannical.
