Hernando County, FL School Board Meeting May 30, 2023
School Board Member Shannon Rodriguez has been attacked for trying to clean up the corrupt and failed Hernando County School District. Here, she lays out her case for dismissal of Superintendent John Stratton, while exposing his lies and failures.
The meeting was designed to steer attention away from the real issue (i.e., that Stratton allowed a teacher who had threatened himself and his students back into the classroom without any of the affected parents even being informed and AFTER the Sheriff's Office had removed guns from the guy's house and issued a RISK PROTECTIVE ORDER).
Unfortunately, Board Chair Gus Guadagnino permitted this meeting to get out of control as we heard one speaker after another talk about alleged attacks on teachers, unfairness to transgender kids, removal of pornographic materials from the schools and a Disney Film instead of the real issue, which was endangerment of the kids.
